Applying to Eagle Ridge Horse Farm
All boarding and training at Eagle Ridge is done under contract and is on a month to month basis, or for the length of training time agreed upon.
Boarders agree to follow barn rules as posted in the barn, and refrain from offensive language/comments/jokes, etc. while on Eagle Ridge property!
No Smoking or Drinking of any kind is allowed on the property!
Common "horsey sense" should be used at all times; gates should always be locked, lights turned off, gates/doors left how you found them and tack room locked after use!
Guests are welcome with acknowledgement of Eagle Ridge staff/associates.
Entire facility is for use by boarders or those who have horses in training here at any time, if issues with time become a problem, Eagle Ridge reserves the right to enforce "Barn Hours".
Children and other animals live here, so please be aware and cautious! "Horse Play" or dangerous behavior is NOT tolerated!
Facility, employeed, owners and other boarders are to be treated with respect and common courtesy!
Eagle Ridge reserves the right to ask anyone to vacate the property at anytime for any reason. Fees are subject to change at anytime, please contact us with any questions!
Applying to Chamberlain Bulldogs
Puppy Deposits
1- We ask for a $200.00 deposit per puppy. This is non-refundable, SORRY! Deposits are partial payments toward the purchase price of your puppy! This keeps anyone else from getting this puppy for their family! If you put a deposit down on a puppy, and change your mind afterwards, you have FORFEITED that money. Once deposit is made, you have 1 week to make payment in full for your puppy!
2- Puppies can only be picked up or shipped when weaned and paid in full! No exceptions!
3- At this time we accept good old cash, personal checks and money orders. Checks and money orders must clear from the bank before puppy will be released or shipped to you! Puppies sold at a reduced "Pet" rate are sold as pet puppies only and are not entitled to registration papers. Only full price puppies will be accompanied with papers!
4- Puppies are ready to leave for their new home between 7-10 weeks depending on the puppy. If you can not have your puppy paid for by then, please contact us and will do what we can to make other arrangements. If your puppy is of age to leave for its new home, and you have not paid in full, without making arrangements with us you will be charged $10 per day for boarding your puppy!
5- Our dogs and puppies are NOT kept in cages. We do have a kennel, but its doors are rarely closed! Our dogs and puppies play in our barnyard, and yard around our home. We do this so they can be handled frequently and get well socialized! Puppies and dogs do play rough sometimes and they can get scratches, cuts and bruises that normal, active dogs and puppies get! They are just like little children that get bumps and bruises. Buyer(s) agree that the Seller not be held liable for any acts of said puppy regardless!
Our Health Guarantee
1- We believe this puppy to be in good health and sound at the time of sale. The puppy will also have been checked by a certified, licensed Veterinarian prior to shipping or pick up of puppy. Your puppy has also been immunized with his or her first full set of innoculations since birth including parvo and dewormings. A shot record will be included with your puppy.
2- For your Health Guarantee to become affective, you must have your puppy examined by a certified, licensed Veterinarian within 48 hours of recieving your puppy. Make the appointment ahead of time when you expect to pick up or have your puppy shipped! Failure to do so voids the Health Guarantee! If the veterinarian finds the puppy not to be in good general health, the buyer(s) must notify Chamberlain Bulldogs immediately! (Must be within 72 hours of puppy purchase or arrival) Veterinarian must put into detailed writing their findings, name, clinic address, phone numbers and license numbers. This is so if there is a problem we can check the other puppies immediately! C.B. reserves the right to the the puppy re-examined by our own Veterinarian. If the diagnosis is confirmed by our veterinarian, C.B. will retain possession of the puppy and issue a credit to buyer towards another puppy. We do not give cash refunds.
3- We do guarantee your puppy to be free of any significant, life-threatening or congenital diseases, (i.e. heart murmurs, cancer) for up to 6 months after birth, to the original purchaser (non transferrable. If any such condition is found, and proven in writing from a licensed veterinarian along with substantial lab tests/x-rays, and confirmed by C.B. veterinarian, the puppy must then be returned to us for a credit towards another puppy. C.B. does not take responsibility for any of your vet bills and expenses incured during this process. Replacement puppy must be agreed upon by C.B. and be of the same comparable bloodline and price range. PLEASE NOTE: Minor, breed related, treatable or correctable conditions which may go away or the puppy may grow out of are NOT covered! This policy also covers in case of death of the puppy for a condition covered in this paragraph.
4- Guarantee is also voided if puppy has been bred, neutered, spayed, or have any signs of abuse whatsoever! All AKC, CKC, ACA and applicable papers must be returned with the puppy!
5- Any physical problem with the puppy that could be the result of an injury or stress, or related incident is not covered under our guarantee!
Shipping & Delivery of Puppies
C.B. is happy to ship/deliever your new puppy a variety of ways! You are always more than welcome to come to our farm and pick up your puppy!
We are located just 1 hour straight east of the Twin Cities (St. Paul/Minneapolis, MN) and half an hour straight West of Eau Claire, WI.
We are also willing to ship your puppy to you via the airlines! All puppies are shipped PPS/VIP and come in a airline approved shipping crate, along with a blanket, toy and appropriate food and water for the trip.
Once the airline has your puppy, C.B. is not longer responsible for the puppy. Puppies are shipped from St. Paul/Minneapolis International Airport at Buyer(s) additional expense. We will ship through Northwest Airlines or American Airlines. Shipping cost are typically $300 in the USA and $400 Internationally. Please notify us as soon as you recieve your puppy and the condition of the puppy.
C.B. will also drive to meet you with your puppy, no further than 3 hours one way from our farm. The cost for this service is $175.
